EDIT: The point has been brought up about virtual currency that cannot be turned into real money. That's fine, but for things like points which can be turned into real money, please don't do it!

I've counted 40+ bases in my gallery, and I feel a growing need to bring up this issue. This has come up before and I hadn't been notified of it.

Do not EVER use my bases for art commissions of pre-existing characters.

Because you are only doing half the work that is required. Because you are profiting off my work. Because I am tired of seeing people doing this.

Q: What do you mean by that?
A: My bases are made for the purpose of making adoptables and customs, basically DESIGNS. Compare my bases to a blank mannequin, you stick clothing designs onto it and you sell the clothes. You don't ever sell the mannequin as well.

Q: I still don't get it.
A: Say someone wants an outfit design for an existing character, or a new character design. That's fine, by all means, have fun using my base! But if you are offering ART of a character that exists, drawn on any one of MY bases, that is a HEAVY NO NO!! If someone wants a picture of Naruto, Ichigo, their own character, or themselves, etc., please do NOT use my bases for that!

Q: What if I do it for free?
A: I don't recommend it. But I will allow you to do it for yourself if you so dearly want to do it. Maybe as requests too if you like.

Q: I'm gonna do it anyway!!!
A: I hope you step on a Lego, have a nice day.

If you've done this before, please kindly refrain from doing it again. You've already done it and now you've seen this warning, so what's done is done and I hope you understand.

Thanks for reading! This is not directed at any one individual, but just thrown out here as a reminder.

Ah I have question! I'm using your base to make a custom adopt cause I'm super lazy I need to make it bigger but when I do that the lineart gets really fuzzy and I can't match it to my lineart...Am I aloud to trace the base? I would of course give credit to your base I would just go over it with different lineart. Is this okay?
Btw I'm obsessed with your bases I love them so much aksdjhfsk
